As a result of joint effort between Carli, Inc. and DesignBuilder Software Ltd from Stroud, England, the new entity, DesignBuilder Software USA has been established. We offer quality software products for building science, including the full range of software tools for analyzing energy, structural and acoustical performance of buildings and building components. DesignBuilder Software offers tools from comprehensive whole building energy simulation tool DesignBuilder, which incorporates EnergyPlus simulation engine, to the family of software tools for modeling building facades and fenestration systems (eFen, FENSIZE, FENSTRUCT, GLASTRUCT, SPACER, THERM, WINDOW, SIMGEN). While THERM and WINDOW computer tools are principally developed by Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, we are part of the development team and as a part of our offering we provide value added services, like technical support, training, consulting and modeling services.
